Turtle is the glass cannon class of dbo. They have the highest burst damage with super/giant kamehame. But if you don't want to play as a female character then don't even bother with turtle.
Turtle is your best bet as a free user. You will have an easier time earning money in game then you would with a sword or fighter. Turtle and crane are also the only class that truly benefit from ssj.

Not many people like this build but I can beat SKs and Nameks with the KD (Knock Down). This build does not work well against other Swordsmen or Fighters.
