Maybe there's a way to max Overpowering and Mastery at same time, but idk, 69 SP isn't enough...

Yea I read mythradir's guide so that's what I tried to base my build off,can anyone tell me if my hybrid build is good or not
Or if I should make any changes to be good in pvp and pve
