yes, any dot, if you have e-crit and the skill that applies the dot crits, it will increase the dot value based on 50%( fixed value) + any% e-crit you might have.

True Jocer crit% would be awes if they had no anti-crit but if your only expecting to do mass bleed dmg if they don't have anti-bleed.. If ya got good anti-bleed against a crane. The crane may aswell be dueling with a brick wall since the pretty much depend on bleed
