Yes a speed build needs speed weapons .it doesn't matter about focus at that point when your attacking at 100% speed

Terrible lol , you need a full set of speed and crit and focus , you can't kill a sk without both weapons crit or speed ect . You should not split it half and half .
You need SR maxed it increases damage 30%
Might is good as you don't lose e def
Get guard or kaioken maxed
Ghost is useless ,
Max headbutt
Don't use storm
Don't max thunder unless you are going to use it all the time
Don't use IT there's no need due to party teleport
If you have gloves and stick 25% each which total 50% then you don't need blitz fist as thunder gives 50% and 10% strength so max speed is 100% so if you have 2x25 speed weapons you don't need blitz fist

Hi everyone. I was reading this kind of threads since a couple of days, and I was instructing on how a speed fighter build must be (i'm near lv70 and i plan to reset skills). Although that, I still have some little doubts...
1) Concentration... why everyone say it's nerfed? It's about some kind of less than expected cooldown reduction? I mean, maybe everyone think 1pt should reduce 1% instead of the 0.7%, and that's why they say it's nerfed.
Or maybe because of the diferences on skill's cooldown between TW and HK? (i don't know anything about other servers)
2) You recently said if Speed Fighter has 25%25% weapons you don't need Blitz Fist. Now... what about if i have 20%20%? Would it be necesary master Blitz Fist in this case or could I handle it with a 90%+- speed?
3) Some people put Kame Hame (for KD skill) in builds. I love it, it's very useful for PvE. But is that useful in PvP? I mean, you don't have that time to charge RP (in CCbattle or Tournament), or maybe RP potion?
4) In case I don't have to take Concentration on my build, should I use that points in Kame and Kaio? (It's Kaio rentable for PvP/PvE in fighters?) Or should I use that points on debuffs like Shake (againts other fighters) and Solar (for SK and SM)?

I acutally want a PvE build that can be easily used in PvP (base on Thunder is good for both)

Kolt- that's the standard build but you don't need IT , you need dodge passive maxed currently its not maxed
Loki- concentration is great I think other versions it has a better cd value than tw but use it 5/5
Blitz fist lvl 1 gives 10% speed I think so just use lvl 1 but it's better to just get 2x25% weapons as its an unnessesary buff which you should spend attacking rather than adding buffs.
If you use RP buff maxed then you may be able to get an RP charge for KD , the multiple energy barrage the super version is aoe KD which is cool for party tourney
Use concentration
I strongly recommend using my speed build if that's what you like . If you message me your gear and weapons then I will adjust the build for you , debuffs like solar flare and shake are useless as the Hitrate and dodge system doesn't work . For example you could have 100k dodge and still get hit by someone with 1 hit rate lol

I build the Ghost to use it on PVE purpose,,
i just want to confirm it , is it auto attack ?
and Storm , i can confuse the foe right ? so we can replace it as a stun because when using thunder we can't use any skill beside storm and blitz fist right ?
