I can tell you this is almost definitely an issue with your graphics card rendering the textures. Make sure your drivers are up to date. If they are, set DBO to the lowest graphic settings it can go to and try again. Make sure your resolution is correct and if all of those things don't work it's probably your graphics card itself. It doesn't matter if it's a "new" pc, it matters what's in it. That's why I never tell people to buy PCs and always build them. They're better and cheaper.

However, there could be other reasons why the game isn't rendering your textures. Try the basic fix for everything. Re-install it or re-download and re-install it. Run it as admin or in win7 compatibility mode. Make sure you have all the texture files in your DBO folder and make sure nothing is using those texture files so they can't get loaded in game.

No i dont really think is the driver....probably the graphic card even though its an onboard one.....i'm gonna buy a new graphic card soon since i have problems with other games too

And mind sharing a few more details about building a pc? I got that from someone too but i always thought it's better to buy a new one to make sure it doesn't have any aproblems........i failed at that lol

Also about running as admin....i cant ...when i try to run as admin im getting an error something like logon failure because i havent filled the pasword but i never set a password DX I never tried to run as admin and it's really a problem...btw my windows is not a lincesed one nor window 7 or 8 it's just xp sp2 i think with automatic drivers someone installed for me....can you please help me??
