All solar flare does is reduce HR, this game doesn't have a balenced dodge and HR system so it's useless , by the time someone has used solar flare ( that's IF my high dex doesn't resist it) my needle would have killed you. Also you don't fight with RP that's for noobs with no gear , so when you use kidney shot on me you only got time for 2 moves so you gotta use your needles or a needle and a buff and kill me before I just laugh at the fact you decided to use solar flare Instead of attacking me , stun you , killyou
