and i wanted to ask another thing how do you open the scouter i have tried the t and u keys,but i still doesn't come up and i cant find the scouter quest chip either,plz help if you can,

chips are long gone, just press T and look at the left of your health bar and you will see a colored scouter, that means its working. just click on a mob and you can see that it infact shows their PL
