DW for pve
more lp
more def
and its not as expensive as an sk , you dont need high upgrades on your armor to tank smth like kraken or some other bosses

SK better for PvP
DW bad in PvP (In Teams +/-) Really easy for farming without good gear.

For me DW is more cool than SK. =D.
