I have been trying to play Dragon Ball Online and whenever I try to open the installer, a pop-up comes up and it says error -5001 : 0x80070002. Why is this happening? I have installed all the updates so I am pretty sure that's not the problem. And also, how do Install DirectX? I think that could be the problem.

When you installed the game, there maybe was a bit of error and a file got corrupted that may affect the launcher, try reinstalling the game. You also need the latest version of your video card driver, and .net ( http://bit.ly/12QdKRy )

My Graphics Card isn't Geforce, it's Intel. Is that a problem?

Onboard means it is intergrated and they generally are always poor performance and not worth even trying to play games on.
