Generally Tummi's set & tactitc is to spam Energy Siege all the time but you need to use it twice to kill mobs. My idea is to 1 shoot them with SBC or ES but with little higher CD. Now its up to you which way you are going to use.

Sorry but before You use SBC, You can use Siege 2x (+ siege is AoE with big range, and SBC kill all mobs in one line)
All that You need for PURE FARMING (Papaya Mobs) is E.Siege and A lot of CD, nothing more.

Just set a good lur and there is no problem. Additionaly its enough to use SBC once to kill spot. Keep in mind you can use RP to decrease cast time. All you need is a lot of E.CRIT RATE and 25% e.crit dmg sub.

Jacket: Abs% LP
Pants: Abs% LP
Boots: CON
Weapon: (FOCUS)i recomend its a deadly combo with SUB
Sub.weapons: (E % crit)great with focus weapons
Rings: Cooldown because better spam of the Healing attack
Earrings: Prop and Cooldown (if you play HK 9 prop is like 50kk and get 20+Cooldown on other thats 50+kk)
Necklace: i would suggest you have the Property that your weapons is i mean you have like Honest attack property and you put increase honest attack property by 9 its like you have a earing with 9 prop but only for attack
