The Hong Kong version of Dragon Ball Online is undergoing Maintenance at the moment. If you are unaware, Maintenance occurs every Monday for Dragon Ball Online Hong Kong.

well hell if you get loggin and and fully install.... yeah its in maintance dude , but its should be up now actually as in right now, i'll check

if you look closely, there a banner near top of threads and it tells ya the time in HK, but it should be a sticky in the actually in the HK section.
