Yes it can , i had bad luck to find out the hard way , but if it is from web depot then if you broke your dogi , you get a waguwagu coin .. and if you're super lucky , you can get a new dogi from the wagu wagu

When wasabi desides you get few on debot,also they make some events gifting those as for like a log on for an hour per day,keep an eye at your server section for event periods...

i got 2 5 waguwagu coins from Webdepot and Events , but other than that and the Offer me thingy in Wasabi , i think there isn't any other way without paying

That quest Gives Upgrade stones You can use them at an Upgrade merchant [ First option ] To add Some more M.Def and E.Def to Your Armour/Weapon

Red Stones Give +1 Upgrade level(s) For Weapon
Blue stones give +1 Upgrade level(s) For Armour
Purple stones give +(1-2-3) [ Depends on how lucky you are , but it mostly gives +2 ] for Weapon
Green stones give +(1-2-3) For Armour
Black with red shading at the bottom is a Downgrade Stone , Instead of giving an Upgrade level and the stats , it Downgraded the Weapon By 1 level
Black with blue shading at the bottom is a Downgrade stone for Armour
White Upgrade stone [U70] Is a stone that prevents Breaking but it has to be used along with another Upgrade stone , And there is still a chance of failure

After +4 in Weapon and +5 in Armour , You will get a choice of Three cards every time you upgrade , It will be either : Success , Failure or Break
Success Means you get The +(1-2-3) You were hoping for , you'll get this card every time you upgrade till you reach +4 in Weapons and +5 in Armour
Failure Means you will Lose a few levels of Upgrading , You wont be able to get this card until After you reach +4 in Wep. and +5 in Armour , it will be in one of the Cards you choose from
Break means the Item breaks and it is gone , it disappears from your inventory and is gone forever

The uXX Determines The Level of Equipment , The "XX" Being Replaced by a number from 1-70 , It basically limits what you can Upgrade , Because you cant upgrade level 20 items with a u6 , The U Standing For Under , So you can Upgrade a level 5 item with a u6 , So Anything Under the Level of the stone is Upgradeable , And Anything higher is not

There are also +10/12 Tickets for 2/7/15 Days which you can get from the Ah , Silver Chests or From the Giftbox , They can only be used on Non-Upgraded armor , and will Make them +10/12 for the amount of days stated on the ticket [ Will be in a bracket like This [2xxx]/[7xxx]/[15xxx] With the "xxx" Being Chinese Characters ] , This means Easy and Powerful Upgrading For a limited amount of timne , and it is very helpful , But do note that you cannot upgrade the item again when the ticket is active
