Hey guys i have some doubts, ive got some blue scrolls from that gift box, but i dont know for what i need them, they have something saying about "AP 100%" and its duration its 3 minutes others are 15 seconds...anybody knows what im talking about?

They increase your maximum flying AP, I believe.

Increase it and should help recover AP quicker. There are a few different flying scrolls around.
