Hi everyone , i'm getting back on DBO , I installed the Game perfectly it's run Amazing but the Mob's Name is always " ??? " sop i can'( see Dragon Ball's Or Find mobs!
Please Help me !
And also when i'm installing the New penglish patch it's gave me an error like " 0x1654654654 " or something like that , Thanks everyybody !

It´s because your scouter is broken (or you haven´t a scouter equiped). If is broken, go to any NPC and repair your armor, if you don´t have any, you can´t buy on any Scouter Merchant.

you need to change language to which ever version you are playing / it may require you to install additional files from the windows cd , but do that and restart and wahbam!!!! its all displaying

Oh don't mind that stuff. It's nothing bad. I am not sure what it does actualy.

1. Change system locale to Chinese (Simplified, PRC).
2. Restart PC.
3. Change system locale to English (United States).
4. Restart PC.

The mobs with blue icons and a "?" on your minimap means they are mobs that are part of a quest you have.

What Windows are you using? Try installing .NET Framework 4 and make sure you followed the install instructions, exactly.
