Did you update the game yet? Run the launcher in admin.

I think our ports are blocked .... What port the game connects to so i ask to unblock?

Try to reset your router...

i had that problem too.

Clean your Pc's Registry as simple as that :)
If it doesn't work, your router has a problem.

i live in a student campus and our ports are blocked.. i tried to play somewhere else with my PC and it works fine.. so i have to ask my campus administrator to unlock the port that the game try to connect .. the problem is that i don't know what is the port.. can anyone tell me please?
