So I have followed all the steps and troubleshooted everything I could.
So I get an .exe on the desktop after installing.
Once I run it as administrator I get this:


So I go into the DBO folder and try to run DBO.exe as administrator.
It keeps saying connecting in the top left corner with Gameguard. Then eventually get the Game could not initialize or whatever.

Also, before it says the initialize error, this gameguard url pops up:

I try to run the Dbo launcher.exe as administrator.
same initalize problem as before.

I tryed installing english patch and still didn't work. then unpatched it and ran, still didn't work.
I tryed to uninstall then install the game over again.
Tryed to delete gameguard folder, and restart pc, still didn't work.


HELP ME PLEASE?

Does that first box mean anything with launcher and all the boxes?

idk if dbo is on maintenance or not but I will say this to help u

re-install, delete DBO and its folder, re-install and do not run the setup as admin. When this is done DO NOT APPLY THE ENGLISH PATCH YET. Run DBO as administrator and test the game. If it works then apply the english patch.
Or turn anti-virus off and do these.

I've had my AV and firewall turned off the whole time.
I deleted the whole file, reinstalling.
The first time I downloaded through torrent, doing it with the client this time.
I will follow your steps, I really hope it works.

having same exact problem, however been working fine for weeks haven't done anything different that i know of?
