Today I got my last dragon ball and I was about to go wish for Super Saiyan but then when I teleported I disconnected. After that I just restarted my computer because every time I crash it doesn't open DB. To my surprise it didn't open the launcher, it just says "Launcher is already open, and that DBO is running". I checked another thread similar to my problem and apparently it was a maintenance check, is that it or is it something else?
