Yea so guys if you have the game initialize failed problem and you tried all of the solutions:- run as administrator-re install-and the gameguard folder thing ;try this.

go to control panel, go on system and security,look at Windows Firewall and click allow a program through Firewall. Click change settings then click allow another program... the u should see weird Taiwan writing then Online (*** Online)[*** means the Taiwan writing]it should have the dbo icon beside it. Then just click it and click add and if u WiFi is public click the public check-box, if it is home or office click the home/office private check-box. If you don't know then click both then click allow. Then click Ok then try to launch it.

It should work after this if not restart your computer.
It worked for me it should work for you.

Oh and i forgot to say if it stops working do it again and restart the computer. Remember to restart the computer when u do it the first time if it doesn't work
