Hello, this is my problem and ill start with everything i done so far, I have re installed tried it with the eng patch and with out. run it in Admin mode. soo am confused on what to do now. when it restarts it acts like it wants to run then it goes to windows 8 blue screen saying critical process died? it just resets and it makes all my desktop items Disapeer but they come back when i refresh them or Rearrange. any thing will help!!!! thank you for ur time. OOOOO i have a nice comp from Ibuypower soo i know its not my hardware since i can play BF3 and Skyrim on ultra with no FPS problems.

I use windows 8 but I don't get this problem.... try this

Try to re-install and delete dbo_ct_tw folder. NEVER run the Set-Up as administrator. Let it re-install and then don't put the English patch in the folder period (till later). Test out dbo and then when it can work try to put in the language patch for it in the dbo_ct_tw folder. NOT Localize or TAIWAN. If u run DBO and the language patch as admin every time you play then it will work, if this does work hit thank user :P

how do u run it without being in ADmin mode? with windows 8 its making me everytime i click on the install

Do you experts think it might be Avast Virus Def. i turned it off and tryed but it did the same thing but didnt give me the blue screen just reset my pc
