im kinda new to the game,i started a fighter and i reached lvl 9 , then i took the quest for the 3rd dragon ball but i accidently reached lvl 10 and then finished the quest and got the ball, does it means i messed up somthing? or its not important at all when u finish the tier 1 dragon ball quests?

and By the way im having a problem with my payment,to pay trough paypal u need to fill in info like id and phone number,i had an old account a year ago but i didnt really played but i filled in my info in that account, the id and phone number. now on my new account i can fill in my id and phone number? or u cant write ur id and phone number on 2 accounts? please help me with that

and about english patch,
i run the game as administartor,i did on my launcher right click - properties - compability - privelege lvl - run as admin, so the game will always work at administrator, but i need to run the enligsh patch as admin as well? and if i do, i can do to the english patch that il enter to the compability like i did with the launcher and privelege lvl - run as adimin, or to right click and run as administrator? ( sry if its a noobish question i just dont know much in the " administrator" or at computers.. )

Sry for the too many questions but if somone could help me with those questions please so il know what to do with all this questions

1- Nope , not at all , doesn't matter what level you are to use the Quest Dbs , but i recommend level 20 [ which is what you will probably be once you finish the tier 1 Db quests ]


2- Not really sure about the Cashing , wait for one more acquainted with the subject to answer


3- You will only have to run it once to Translate , But you should run as Admin and Un-Patch before downloading any new Patches to prevent Dbo from crashing and having to download all over again ..
