This is terrible build for PvE. Not maxed Deception, Kaio-Ken, HG should be 1/5. Also Draconic Curse not taken at all. There are many mistakes in your build when it comes to PvE.

Terrible? I use this and it is very good.
Kaioken is **** for warriors cause drains all of your EP;
U need only a good Energy Atk and some Critical and u can farm only with Violent Slice and Self Destruction Wave;
HG has got single target, Depends if he want a PvE only farming or PvE like Tmq, UD, etc.
Solo farm=DW
On CC/UD/TMQ EP drain is not a problem. Your build still require Deception and Dragon's Will. Also other skills like Draconic Curse are required to tank
