i also got this problem , i have windows 8..anyway if i run as administrator it works so il just re install but , i need to run install as admin ? and english patch i need to run as admin as well?

and to run the launcher every time as admin? i saw that theres a way to make launcher run as admin every time when u go to properties and compability when u right click on the launcher, should i do that?

Yeah do so. Even if you do not have to. Always run as Admin just to be safe :)

Run Everything In Administrator. It gives it priority and Its normal to run everything Dbo Related in Administrator. Doesn't hurt to do so.
