I see to many people ask on how to fix DBO so here is a guide on that
try re-installing it and running it as admin or re-install and run dbo.exe admin. REMEMBER: DELETE DBO AND ITS FOLDER THEN RE-INSTALL. Make sure u dont download the english patch until you can play. What I mean is if u are able to play the game download the english patch then, because having the eng patch before u test the game out can mess up ur game.
Another thing you can do is turn anti virus off, MAKE SURE NO-ONE GIVES YOU A FILE THAT THEY SAY CAN HELP IT MAY BE A KEYLOG! Also try to move LANG0.PAK to desktop, I hear that can help (but make that the last resort). If you can't access DBO through this IDK wat to say
