LoL,lies. They can be 1 shoted unless you are OP sk.
Those are used to give your dogi, hat, mask etc a random stat. On TW, the effect lasts permanently but at the cost of you risking breaking your dogi forever, and on KR and HK they last for up to 30 days max, but risk-free.
