I downloaded the DBO taiwanese client (1.57.31) and when i open up the file called DBO downloader 20121126 none of the bytes get downloaded. It would go to around 10kb out of 3.4 gb then go down to 8 and then 0. My firewall is off too can someone help?
the problem is I was able to get it on this computer before without a problem but my computer had to get fixed which took a week or two and a update happened while it was getting fixed -_-
