I don't think so, Miira is a threat to all timelines. Miira is not from Time Patrol Trunks timeline; he used a time machine to travel back in time to steal goku's DNA, during his time travels to the past he discovered by Dende, who enlisted Future Trunks (who then becomes Time Patrol Trunks) to hunt him down. This is how the Time Patrol was created. :) so you see Time Patrol Trunks travels from his timeline to the future (age 1000) to stop Miira's reign in age 2000. :)



How?????.. hehe it is true that he isn't main timeline (present) trunks. We know that Miira travels back in time. Then discovered by Dende who enlisted a Trunks very similar to future Trunks in terms of fighting style and personality. So I can conclude that Miira travel back to future trunks timeline, which explains why both trunks's have the same qualities. Adding to that Future Trunks is the only Trunks that has the potential to time travel because he has a time machine. Another thing I notice is that Dende enlisted Trunks meaning, he was seemly the only hope; this x out the existence of the z fighters except for piccolo of course which is weird but could have been brought back by Dende using prorunga. Now some theorize that he young future trunks before he a super saiyan. If that was the case then Gohan would still be alive and would be assisting Trunks.


Well of course appears to be young because Time Patrol Trunks is from the past, whom travel from his timeline to the future (age 1000). But as far him looking like he the same age as his manga debut, I have to disagree because Time Patrol Trunks appears to bigger and a hell of alot.more skillful than teen trunks from the manga. And like a said above, some thinks that Time Patrol Trunks is actually teen Future Trunks before he was a super saiyan, and if that was so then where the hell Gohan his mentor?

Actually Piccolo realised the threat of Miira not Dende.

If in your point he is the younger "Future Trunks" before Gohan died, wouldn't Gohan have been a wiser choice despite having only 1 arm?

Actually that wasn't my point, I wasn't theorizing that Time Patrol Trunks was teen future trunks. I was saying that most fans think so in which I disagree because of the absence of Gohan.

dude u have no proof.. ut from our side its say in the official dbo storyline. that time patrol trunks is not future trunks or normal trunks... he is a trunks from a unknown timeline.. the same is for our playable characters ( they are also from a unknown timeline). read the facts stop being so fan boyish and once again read the facts.. you can believe what u want but obviously you havent played enough of the game to understand the sever power difference between the two and the story outline.. i fell sorry for those who cant simply accept facts..considering this is a facts based world

If you read my past post you will understand my point.. there are no facts, they are assumptions from fans trying to figure out where time patrol trunks is from. There is no source from the game that actually states that he is different nor the same and if there is we will possibly never find out because the game is not in English. :)

BIOGRAPHY

Currently there is little personal information available on Time Patrol Trunks himself or what kind of timeline he has traveled from. All that is confirmed to differ between his and Future Trunks' timeline is that Piccolo is alive (who warned him of the Time Breakers along with Dende) and Miira is a threat.
Time Patrol Trunks was forewarned by Dende and Piccolo of Miira's intentions to spread chaos throughout time and space. He traveled to Age 1000 (from presumably the past) to prevent Miira's reign in Age 2000. He makes his in-game debut during the player's tutorial of the game, where he appears in a cinematic cutscene: he lands at Kame House to dispatch of a group of Battle Armor-cladded cyborgs after a brief talk, even using the Burning Attack technique. He traveled from his timeline to seek the aid of warriors in the future (the players themselves) through having them complete Time Machine Quests. He is accompanied by a robot named Hope!

Time Patrol Trunks is clearly as skilled and powerful as the other hybrid Saiyans affiliated to the Z Fighters, though his mentors are unknown.

Well when TMQs will reach android saga you will see obvious differences between Time Patrol Trunks and Future Trunks. When these 2 Trunks meet all secrets will be revealed ^^ I explained everything in older posts.

Did you guys ever think about that he is another future trunks? Don't forget that Cell comes out of another timeline in which future trunks defeted the cyborgs before going into the chamber of time. Future trunks himself (the one who fights with the Z - Fighter against cell) comes from a time in which cell isn't activ already, but the cyborgs are and they are stronger then future trunks until he goes into the chamber of time.

There could also be a timeline in which the Z-Fighter defeated the cyborgs and cell without goku, afterwards another villian came and took all of them down besides trunks. That way it could also explain why he isn't a super saiyan. Maybe he never got to feel the hatred needed to turn into a super saiyan. Also it could be that the dragonballs of another timeline dende could be stronger then the "DBZ Timeline Dende Dragonballs". Because Dende already granted the dragonballs the power to accept 3 wishes instead of 1. And if you think about that you can easily come up with the possibility that another dende could make different dragonballs.

Who knows. Maybe the Dende of TP Trunks is way stronger than the "DBZ" Dende.
