I have been waiting for a japanese release for a while..It probably won't happen but what do you guys think? I for one want this more than a /NA/Full English Release.

Japan is DB Native land but sadly most of the DB fans there are One Piece Fans now since One Piece biggest anime there I say we Petition Perfect World to Release DBO they been talking about but never brought it to late they said dbo = too many bugs lol to patch

I'm just happily gonna play HK till English version, But if it's IP blocked for people living in the UK I will have to proxy it maybe :/

Write pettion to NCSoft instead. They could force NTL to develop DBO properly or just buy rights to DB MMORPG games and give this title to developers who would know how to handle huge DB universe properly. Look at Blade & Soul and forget about PWE.

Actually, there's a story behind this. The Japanese version of DBO has been in the making ever since the early days of KR DBO. However, for some reason, the project recently (well not sure how recent, now) got scrapped and it is no longer in the making. Currently there is nobody making a JP version of DBO and seeing how one was being made but got scrapped, i'm thinking there won't be one. I personally wanted a JP version really badly too.

If JP gave up we most likely won't see an NA nor EU version.
NCSoft like many other foreign publishers don't give a f*** (srry) about it.
All they will say will look like this:
"We currently have no plans or intentions of releasing DBO,please visit our official website for future updates"
And such so they make it look like perhaps we will in the future please support us by visiting our website and downloading an game that you are not interested in lul

Maybe the producers of the Jp Dbo, can just stop what they are doing, and just make us an english version. XD

We can make them interested. DBO has potential to become serious MMORPG game but not with development like it is now.

You want a Japanese release to happen more than a NA/International release? Why's that?

potential yes but when ur developers are only money hungry and dont actually love the game and see this mmo as only a job and not a manga or its own series in a mmo format... this is what u get.. most of the tw and chinese cash .. even with some unintentional money coming in (those of us who cash) they still can get good funding for this game or great sponsors... if something dramatic doesnt happen, like freakin bill gates son starts playing this game and tell his dad.. I think this game will remain stale as it is now.. eventually they will add a language select option at some point, but unless they grow a brain and some balls and start promoting this game internationally they wont see any NEW profits there for we will be stuck with these low rate developers
