Hi there, I have a problem with a quest obtained in UD3 to one NPC. This is the price (I'm a fighter), and I don't know where to find it, i cheked in all UD3 but I dind't have luck. Hope u can help me!

You're supposed to kill a boss in there either 2nd or last boss

I dont think that quest is inside ud3 at all, did you checked somewhere else, normally ud3 quests are something around 48 and that's 45

UD3 limit is lv 45 and I did it before.
The Jacket and 18%Anti-crit Chip is inside the UD after you do the quest to kill 8Supers and 1st Boss.
Hand in get chain to kill C16 then I think next one is to kill last boss that majin on a dog for that.
There are some lv 48 quests but I never did those

I have what appears to be a completed (Lv. 15) quest, but I have no idea where to turn it in. There is a red X on my map which brings me to this location:





But when I get there I don't see anything/anyone that I can interact with. Here is the quest text:

There is a turtle NPC that should be there someone is doing a NPC protect with it so it's not there either change channel or wait for the persone to complete/fail quest

This quest seems to be broken, i've been going back and forth there the past 4 days, and nothing pops up there, no turtle, no nothing. it's very annoying.

That did the trick! I changed from channel 2 to 3 and nothing happened, but then I changed to channel 5 and the turtle appeared there. Thanks Akiload!

Anyone can help me what to do with this? I took it from Pilaf looking guy.
