So ive got this Game guard error and can't seem to get past it. Ive been playing dbo hk for about a month now with no problems until a few days ago. I went to log in like usual and after character creation screen theres a Game Guard message box waiting for me as soon as my character gets in game. Its there every time like clock work and only gives me a 9 second countdown before it kicks me out. The message box says, "if you get this message delete your Game Guard folder". I've reinstalled four times now and I can't tell you how many times ive deleted the GG folder... I've disabled my firewall and anti virus software. I even deleted the folder, reset my router then reset my pc in order to restart dbo and still GG kicks me out. I dont know what im doing wrong but if anyone else has encountered this issue please give me a hand up. I searched for a solution to this problem and failed to find one but if it is already covered somewhere else then I apologize in advance.

I even deleted the folder,

thats the first thing you should have done

not the DBO folder the gameguard one

and I can't tell you how many times ive deleted the GG folder...

That is the first thing I did.

I dont know what that means but I'd be willing to try anything at this point. Please tell me how to do this and thank you.

He means change your system locale (But as long as you have 'Chinese Traditional Taiwan' you should be fine), But I got that message about a week ago and I just Re-patched the game then it started working again. Hope this helps. :)

Tried patching again and changing my system locale. It didnt work but thank you for trying. Man I really dont want to quit this game...

Re-install and run either the dbo launcher as admin or dbo.exe as admin (running launcher as admin
works for most people). I have helped a lot of people by telling them this.

Have been trying this as well. Still getting the same message. Apparently GG just hates me this much.
