well i made i have lots of chars but i made 2 characters leveled them up at the same time so they were same level but their xp gain was cut in half from mobs
also i tried power leveling with a different bunch of chars and as the lower level got higher he got more xp instead of less to do with the mob level and character level
it is easier to solo powerleveling is weak
