Are we to universally refer to them as the "Red Pants" or are we to deign to each variating translation(underpants, trousers etc)?

It's my understanding that when we know what a group affiliation is (Saiba, Red Pants, Dinosaurs, etc) we try to keep that in the name as much as possible. So for every Red Pants, the name would be something along the lines of "Red Pants ----" with the blank being their unique part.
