I just bought a new computer, spent some nice money. I'm running DBO, Music, and the internet at the same time no problem. I'm barely using more that 15-20% of my CPU at the current moment. But the internet might be an issue and I will have to finally sit down and have a talk with my dad. My dad tried to upgrade but has security concerns. I'm sure that once he fixes this issue I'll be fine. I haven't restarted the router yet. I'll see if that fixes the problem.

Well I just restarted the internet connection and reentered, same problem. Let's hope that time fixes it. If not I have HK backup.

Pal, perhaps it's not the server, and it's just your PC. No matter if you bought a new PC, there could still be some inefficiencies in your PC. Honestly, If you truly just bought a new PC (That's not anymore than 3 years old) it should run perfectly fine. The rest of us (I can't for sure say US, rather just me) don't have this problem. My PC is old and runs DBO like a charm (Surprisingly). Internet could be another solution, having weak internet signal is of course going to be a problem if playing a game that's overseas.

It's either your internet connection, or your PC. TW's servers alone couldn't be doing that to your gameplay.

I'm coming to two conclusions (correct me if I'm wrong). It's either because I've been failing bot checks and somehow the bot checks slow down your computer. Or it's because of Windows 8 and I need to find another OS to operate games like DBO. I'm confident that if I had Windows XP 64-bit that it'd run much better. We'll see. Some people say that this goes away after awhile. My internet connection is fine. I've downloaded the entire HK version is less than 2.5 hours. I'm really doubting that it's and issue on my side. If it is, then I'll need to check and see what's going on.
