The reinstalling method is:

Uninstall>Delete leftover folder>Restart computer>Reinstall.

Make sure you didn't miss any of these steps.

OR just reinstall windows xp .

delete lang0 and play but the game will be in korean.

hm... I had this problem a long time ago and it got me so bored that I stopped playing dbo, but when I started playing again it worked... I tryed to re-install like Lil Goku said but it doesn't work maybe re-installing windows 7 might work... And Arceus, I'll try deleting that file but delete it from localize>taiwan>pack or just pack?

I deleted it from localize>taiwan>pack but it only made the text squared and it still doesn't work

P.S. I think its a problem with my internet or something cuz I can't even download anything from torrent what could it be?! help!
