I have not played DBO in over a year...Last i did they just added flying. My question is simple. Is the scroll needed to fly at max speed still only a cash shop item?

Atm theres a login event which gives you one for 1 day duration with +250 AP, but yea, you need to buy it from CS to fly at max speed.

haha hello blazed :D very very long time no see ya, yep for fast fly u need scroll... Im almost in same situaliton,but i was on TW 7-8 monts ago :D
