Ok first delete all the dbos containing to dbo and I mean all of them. Second uninstall it from your pc delete the icon then redownload it. When you go to set it up, run as admin. Now while that is done and you get back the game. Right click it and run as Admin (very important) let it patch and there you go it should work, if it did can you click that thank user button :)
Another thing you can try is to disable anti-virus while you download and run your set-up program, and while your launcher patches. Sometimes anti-virus will block or remove certain parts of the program with out telling you.
