you can create patchverlist.xml doc by your self. copy all text to notepad from http://patchdbo.wasabii.com.tw/Downl...tchVerList.XML like poopface did. then change file extension (notepad) from .txt to .XML.

download their downloader tool, install, then you will download that client with that tool.
