I don't think anyone really ever found a solution to this problem. You can try the newest solution we just found, or find your own by experimenting with your files, and then tell the rest of us what you did to fix it. But at this time i haven't heard anyone say they have a way to fix it. So just try this, if it doesn't work then you'll have to re-download and re-install.
