I had this same problem and saw a lot of threads just say you must reinstall and it will work and still don't give the reason for why this is happening.
Why it happens: While you install, you antivirus deletes a file required to run game properly.
Solution: Just disable [B]antivirus[/B], install the game and run the updates. Then run game in administrator and it should work fine.
No use, morever tht error depends on u.
If u carefully update ur game u wont get such things.
Just uninstall and reinstall in different directory and update it via simple patcher and dont skip rtps thts all.
Well i tried that and it didn't want to work for me, and every time i reinstalled it the antivirus deleted a file and i got this error every time, so i made this thread for the new users. I'm a new user so it worked immediately after i switched off my antivirus before installation.
As for updates, i think you just have to save your localized folder somewhere on your hardrive and replace if after you updated.
Guys, i searched for Days for the Solution, and still didn't got it to work.
There is another Problem which depends on the TW Client and your PC i guess.
So I Insatlled HK Version it works Perfectly, but for the TW still got the same Problem.
Maybe anyone could Asseble this a little deeper so we could find a working Solution for all.
Mostly it isn't the Firewall or the Administrative start option at all.
