i recommend for everyone to not change your password just because you got bored of it. Sometimes when you change it the keyboard will mess it up. Once you realize it has happen there is no way to recover it back. I try everything for last 4 days emailing wasabi, telling me to do. I know everything on fax form i send is right but they will come up with excuse saying it doesn't match customer service data or something is missing. Truth is wasabi doesnt help use US players so dont change password or forget them! If you been hack then take the risk of changing it.

A friend of mine that recently quit recovered his hacked account.
He asked his TW friend to help him and he helped him. It's always nice to have & make new friends.
And yea i have to say the virtual keyboard is stupid but it makes it safer when you change your password.
Try asking a TW player or someone that knows Chinese to help you out if you didn't lose all your hope yet >_>
