I think u dont have eyes i given link to a thread, go there and u will find a way to use english patch without any problem.

just uninstall the game and delete everything that has to do with it then reinstall there. dont use english patch unless u got a back up Lang0 file saved

OK i just uninstaled the game , let it auto pach , put eng patch and it work...
