Before a Major update, Re-install the game and simply do not put the english patch in.

the english patch is what messes everything up

Actually, Tempest didn't install the English patch and the game didn't work for him. SO it's on Wasabii's end.

deleted everything and re-installed without english patch, and its still hanging.
