I'm looking to get back into this and have the latest english patch and all patched up using the TW version. When I run the english patch it says it's installed successfully however when I go into the game nothing has changed. I've tried using the application itself directly, going through the launcher. Any help would be appreciated.
First, make sure that nothing is translated. The English patch translates very few of the game so you might not have noticed that it was there. Also, make sure that it is says the English patch was successful. Finally make sure that the game doesn't patch afterwards or it will remove the patch.

I've entered the game and checked everything and none of the UI was translated, and it did indeed say it was successful. It patches if I use the launcher, but I've been using the application and it still doesn't apply the patch.
