yup poko dies first
cus he got the damage first
and turtle got it reflected wich means he got it after the poko got the damage

If turtle have more than 1 LP he cant die by 1 hit, even crit 100kk on ppl with 200% reflect, so turtle should win.

But i wonder who win if:
1. at start turtle and poko have 100% LP
2. turtle atacking poko and gets reflect DMG
3. turtle have 1LP left becouse of reflect ( so 1 hit = die ) and poko in same time have 10~30%LP
4. turtle crit poko, so in this situation poko and turtle die in same time

I had that double K.O on ranked batle and it was 1:1, but i dont know how about budokai.

i like this reflect more

17% x 2 in scouter = 34%
20% x 1 in boots = 20%
14% x 2 in rings = 28%

add 20% from skill of dragonclan
82% +20% = 102% energy dmg reflect.

true about that but i think it almost have the samething to do with it like the regular pvp
