ok ryant84 told me i did tread wrong and he is right so im put step by step how to do it
1)delete dbo_tw folder from my computer.
2)empty recycle bin
3)run uninstaller
4)download game client
5)install game
6)run and allow it to auto-update
7)install english patch

OR you could just look at the sticky thread in the TW Support section *facepalm*

don't try dycfer, he doesn't get it.
