No it doesn't. None of the rings help whatsoever in dragonball hunt.

1 rign is for mailbox
2 ring is for item drop like geting some stuff in your pet inventory
3 ring is for quest when you doing hunting quest like you need kill 8 girafee and yuo have 30% chance more to count kil

the pet inventory ring is nice for tmq's and ud's , cause you might get more of those nice boss drops
