So I went to DL DBO on my brand spankin' new awesome graphics card laptop, but neither the torrent provided on the website nor the downloader will download the setup. I'm able to use them both just fine, but the download rate is stuck at 0b/s and it's like it can't even find the file it's supposed to download.

I just don't know what went wrong...

EDIT: The connection at my college seems to be blocking the download through the torrent as well as the downloader, so I need to find a direct download to any installer for Dragonball Online. If anyone has one or will be kind enough to upload their installer or show me where to get a direct download, I will be eternally grateful!

Colleges block torrents and any other outside download sources...

Found that out the hard way. Found an http converter though, but it's capped at 48kb/s. If it works correctly, I should be able to install by 7pm today...
