I constantly get this weird error when I try to boot up the game, it patches fine as far as I can tell, though I'm using my Cell phone right now as my net tether, as I don't have any actual internet at the moment, here's the image here.



It would be wonderful if anyone could tell me whats wrong, nothing has changed on my computer since I last ran the game, [though its been a few months] I waited for it to patch and tried to run it as normal, help?
