so since they took away the five char slots, i opened a second act to create more chrs. my question is when do they start sending items via webdepot? my old acct has received several groups of items while my new acct has yet to get anything over the past week.

read my post first, that's not what i mean. i log in everyday but for some reason my new acct hasn't received anything, i got an acct i've had for awhile. i know what webdepot is and how it works. just wondering how long before a new account gets items through it....
U need login on that account too, even on couple seconds.. otherwise u dont get anything.
if u do that, i mean log on all acc, before u start play on main chara,and dont get freebies then idk...

yeah i use both accounts all the time, since my main acct is a jr in my guild.i've been leveling my new alt since my main is lvl69, my other alt is a buffer with only 2 atks over lvl1 (soloing getting old) and i'm getting bored with grinding to lvl70.

To me took 2~3 weeks in my last account created (I received all the gifts from all weeks at once).
