I have started the flying quest I started it from the guy in kuroro map Level 15 i got his scrolsl learned how to fly. then I went to the guy next to korins tower I finshed his quests then I went to the namiken I did his quests now his not giving me the actual flying quest for the ability pls help. I am a level 35 human crane hermit for some odd reason I can even unlock any of my crane hermit skills and I got this fan from korin that I cant even equip please help!

Did you get that fan after you did the Turn Adult quest at Korin's Tower? If so then you have to right click it to get your Crane Hermit Mastery meaning you will become a Crane Hermit then. As for the Fly Quest Namekian not giving you the quest with the ability, it might just be a temporary bug or temporary problems with the quest. Try relogging maybe that will help or wait it out for a bit since there's not much more you can do about it
