i decided to delete everything off my hardrive and reinstalling windows. and what do you know it works and runs faster. good thing i have 2 hardrives because i still have all my torrents 2 XD. yes i was that dedicated to get this to work. im glad i did it 2 now i have more space :p
All you had to do was delete the DBO_CT_TW folder in your program files after you had uninstalled it in the first place, because the english patch was corrupting the files.
Which is why most people had to uninstall in the first place. You didn't have to go through all that to fix the game, lol.
